Logan Square
The Logan Square area of Philadelphia is named after James Logan, the sectrary to William Penn. The area was designated by William Penn as one of the five original squares in Colonial Philadelphia. It is situated on the beautiful Benjamin Frankiln Parkway which curves around the circular fountain that graces the center of Logan Square.

The area is in walking distance to the many museums of the Art Museum neighborhood, the offices of the financial district and the shopping and retaurants of Rittenhouse.

Washington Square
Washington Square is a neighborhood centered around the Historic Washington Square Park, spanning from Broad Street to the west and Society Hill to the East, Washington Square is an easy walk to any part of Center City.
Society Hill
Society Hill is a very historical neighborhood of Philadelphia. It is not unusual to stroll past a local dressed in period pieces from the eras of Betsy Ross and Bejamin Franklin.

Though known for it's hisortic townhomes, the area also offers modern amentities such as shopping, dining and highrise living.

Old City
Surrounded by some of the oldest and historically important landmarks in the country, Old City wears its antiquated looks with style and pride. Though it includes some of the hottest dining in the city, the neighborhood's biggest draw is First Friday—the night galleries unveil their new shows for browsing admirers.
Waterfront
Penn's Landing, a strip wedged between Columbus Boulevard and the Delaware River is a neighborhood in its' self. It's wonderfully close proximity to Old City and Society Hill offer convenience to Center City, while easy access to I-95 and I-676 also make this an ideal location for the reverse commuter.
